It's the punch. Those GBC punches are terrible. I've used them on multiple machines in the last 15 years and they always jam and mispunch.

I hope you mean on a V80, because we do 100k a month sometimes. I'm sure some other users here are running that volume as well. @gazfocus, are you able to get service anywhere else? I would think having another machine sitting idle most of the time is just going to end up having issues as well...

I'm not sure what they're called, but we had them when I worked at Kinko's forever ago. This might do the job though.

Are you using a hotfolder, or the print driver?

I highly doubt there's an official Linux driver for a production printer. Maybe Mac if you're super against Windows.

Whoa, I always assumed it would cause issues going flap last. You just made my day!

I find for some reason envelopes tend to print straighter if I run them with the flap towards me. I also rarely have much luck feeding them from the short edge so I generally run everything lengthwise. It takes longer, but it's worth it to avoid the misfeeds and doubles.

In my opinion, no. Windows Defender works fine, plus Windows is more "stupid proof" when it comes to accidentally installing malicious software. On top of that, if something is malicious enough to get past both of those Norton isn't going to catch it either.
