We switched from Agfa to Fuji (Brilia LH-PJ) positive thermal plates and are very happy with them. We, too, were experiencing problems with not only the Agfa plates, but the whole dealer fiasco. The Fuji plates are tougher (more scratch resistant), they seem to last longer (200+ K), and our chemistry usage is way down. We are a commercial shop running several different ink sets, mostly straight process plus one or two spot colors. We are imaging with a Creo Trendsetter 800 and are not post-baking.

Hi Jim,
Would you like a sample of our offset quality thermals? We have unbeatable pricing for dealers and publishers.
Cheers,
