    Default Neo with Intel processor

We just got Neo installed, and it's fine on all our Macs except the one with the Intel processor, the application quits as soon as we try to open a file. Anyone else have an issue like this? Thanks for your help!

We have been using Neo on Intels Macs for well over a year with no problems.

To better help you, can you please state what version of NEO and what version of OS.

Running Mac OS 10.4.11, and Neo 2.1.2. It's the same version we're running on our other Macs, the only difference is the troublesome one is using the Intel Processor. Esko said it shouldn't matter, but something is different, causing the application to quit every time. They also suggested it might be a corrupt font, but we're launching it with all the fonts closed.

Maybe a long shot. But can you delete neo preferences from the user library? And then re-launch. Or try re-instal of Neo...

It is a font issue on your intel mac. ran into the same problem. have a font management software, suitcase. that solved the issue. if you have all your fonts in the user library there could be a font conflicting with neo.
