    Default flexrip with meta shotter

i use flexrip to rip our plate setter files , the image image them with metashotter ,
the problem is when i use flexrip with postscript channel (printing postscript from any dtp) the output image size is +- 0.1 and this cause a problem in meta shotter
    like 770x1030 result is 770.1 x 1030.1
    i get refuse jobs
i don't have this problem when i use esko normalized files ...
    any ideas ?
note : i use esko 7.4 with drive config topsetter

another problem i facing it today
    when i rip a file size 1030x770
the shotter program is say is flipped 770x1030 wrong size ?
i don't have this problem in small sizes because i can rotate them in 4 directions
bit this big size not rotatable only 0 and 180 degree

Check to make sure you do not have any kind of scaling enabled in your RIP. If you are outputting TIFF files make sure you are outputting the correct compression, etc. I have not seen compression cause a scaling issue, but it would be good to verify that scaling is disabled.

If you are outputting TIFF files then you may want to open the TIFF in photoshop or another program to verify that the file size is correct. If it is then maybe check your settings on the metashooter.
