Preps job info on Prinergy/Trendsetter plates

We have recently "upgraded" to Prinergy from Brisque. I can get the original preps marks to show on the plates however if I use the slugline feature in my process templates all I get is
$JobId $Sig $Side
Is there something that I am missing in the set up? Any advice would be appreciated

I should also point out that the Preps info shows up in the Preps slug line just not in the Prinergy slug line. The problem with that is that the Preps slug moves with the image as we make positioning adjustments for our webs which risks them showing in a live area.

In Prinergy, you need the proper brackets inserted. (see below)
