when i sending job for exposing my machine shown 2 errors

COLOR="Red"]laser extra current ... This is a Warning message when extra power was used during calibration. It points to the Static Optics

Fine Calib Fault[/COLOR]

Here the Static Optics cannot provide Res/Int values...........It points to a problem with the Static Optics OR the OMC board.

Conclusion : the common denominator is a faulty Static Optics. Good luck.

a very familiar error to me last christmas... a faulty Static Optic.

I am having a similar error on my 4PressV:
Course Calib Fault
when I load all boards in service utilities, they all pass.
when I run diagnostics in service utilities, they all pass.
Not sure what to try next.... Default Setup?

Hmm, i think this is Static Optic problem. I used to face it before. You should try to find one working laser (Static Optic) to replace and see if it's happened or not.

The extra current function was used during the light calibration.
If the message appears consistently, schedule static optic replacement

Change the laser board or the laser or maybe the fiber is broken and you'll have the same problem when changing lasers
