    Smile Train Customers on Oce Printing Equipment

    Oce North America is seeking a Customer Training Representative for New York City. The Rep will provide advanced user training on high-volume, digital equipment and software at customer sites throughout the assigned region and local field offices.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide customers with proper tools to develop and support their business
    Keeping up with the always renewing product portfolio
    Administration of all training activity
    Support the introduction of new products
    Provide customer feedback to product management


    Qualifications:
    Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
    Color knowledge in either pre-press, printing or comparable
    A minimum of 2-3 years of Training or Teaching experience
    Ability to work independently
    Ability to learn technical concepts related to Océ digital document management and delivery technology
    Ability to travel (50% of the time)
    PC proficiency skills in Microsoft Office, Windows NT and Windows XP
    Bachelor degree preferred
    Customer service experience preferred
    Print industry experience preferred
