Print Production Manager/Operator - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Start up is seeking an experienced Production Manager/Operator to oversee digital offset, digital toner and post-press equipment.

Job duties will include managing production, scheduling jobs to ensure on-time delivery, communicating with customer service and operations manager, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

This position entails "hands-on" manufacturing as well as management of projects, jobs, and workflow. Experience and skill in both is required. Ideal candidate must be committed to the change process, be highly organized, be able to see the "big picture" and enjoy problem solving.

Demonstrable knowledge of color management, digital printing and finishing is required. Industry leading technology and equipment will be at your disposal.
