hp z6100 banding issue

hey I hope somone might have a suggeston I have cleand the printer heads ran all test, and I am still getting bands on this print doc at first I thought the design could be out of gamut so I checked the file. that was not the issue, then I ran a test print and was no banding. thought i fixed the issue and was back at the same place.

What it is doing....

It prints fine till a little after the middle of the print. the banding goes from top to bottom and starts by a outer glow the background is red if anyone can help please. this is a very important job due at 5pm tomorrow
