Hi Prepressing.
I have trouble with a PANTHER PRO/46 HS imagesetter.
Sending a letter-sized image, but get a smaller negative. The normal size of the letter is 8.5x11 inches, however, the result is a negative 8.5x10.7 inches, the distortion is in the direction of film advance. I suspect the cause is a defect in the pull of the film. Could be solved by changing the roller or traction engine? If so, can you give me the parts I need?.
