    Default CRM Systems

Looking for advice on CRM systems. We have a sales staff of 10 and we would like to better manage their sales efforts. Have briefly looked at Zoho, Sugar, Salesforce.
Do any MIS systems offer any decent CRM solutions?

    Thanks

    We use Salesforce.
Can't say enough good things about it.

I am not aware of MIS systems - for our industry - that have a CRM module.
I believe that EFI uses Salesforce internally.

Thanks Ian, how many people are using it? How would you classify yourself in terms of size?

    Thx

We (Technique Inc.) have a CRM system. It's web based, fully integrated with the rest of our system (but can be bought as a standalone module). Has a mobile version that runs on most mobile phones (Droid, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile) as long as it has a decent siize screen.

There's a number of printing industry MIS systems with CRM capabilities. Some more robust then others, depending on your requirements. Most will integrate with salesforce.com to some extent. Here are a few systems that have their own built in CRM functionality....
    PrismWin
    Avanti
    Dims
    Cole Systems

We have a more complete list if systems on our website:

Default Avanti CRM is the real deal...

The Avanti CRM is actually quite good...
Much better then having a 3rd party CRM.
All Estimate and Job related data is already there!

I've worked with numerous of these applications.
Both as an "in the trenches" user and I worked for both EFI (before ePace) and Avanti.
