Disaster & Recovery Planning

My current D&R plan handles for short term, non-total loss scenarios. Think power outage or failure of the exchange server types of loss. I need to expand this to a total loss scenario; fire, flooding, plane crashes on building, etc.

While the local IKON office can help with reproduction capabilities, there are huge holes in handling inserting and mailing. Granted, companies like Bowe Bell & Howell offer off site licensed solutions, but those start at $50k/year for basic service and go up from there.

Any suggestions?
