    Default PDF Imposing software

I'm looking for PDF Imposing software. I often get PDF files from customers and cannot import them into Illustrator or any other graphics programs. I've heard about Quite Imposing software but can anyone recommend any other PDF imposing software? I'm especially interested in software that can help me create N-up documents.

Quite Imposing Plus. Couldn't do this work without it.

Default Canon IR5185 H-1 RIP has Impose Software

I have a nice Impose software included in the RIP for our Canon IR5185. We are able to use it for the machine and also to create files for application on other devices.

    We use PDF Snake -
    - PDF Snake : The Complete Imposing Solution
    - PDF Store - PDF Snake - Imposes (n-up), stamps watermarks, makes booklets, splits pages, and adds bates numbers. 30-day,

Pretty inexpensive (340.00) and it can be set up as a workstaion or a hot folder process - easy to use.

Quite is very popular and easy to use too - you may find more people that could help you.

If you need very sophisticated nesting (where you are running several different sized jobs on the same form) be sure to look at Metrix

LithoTechnics - Metrix, the automatic layout calculator for commercial and gang run printing

hope this helps and good luck with your search !

    Default inpO2

I thought I'd better jump in and also point out inpO2 for Acrobat 8/9.0 from Dynagram.

The ATOM Edition is inexpensive ($840 US) and can do N-Up, Cut and Stack, Saddle Stitch, Perfect Bound, and step and repeat very easily. ALSO, it's a scalable product so you can add advanced features such as Optimization or upgrade to a full imposition product all based on the same interface so the learning curve is short.

I would suggest you look at inpO2 from the Dynagram web site... there is a FREE 15 day demo there you can download and try all the features as well as short video's on the main features.

I hope you find this useful!
