Anyone Using GBC AP2 machine - need advice

We are considering purchasing a GBC AP-2 Automatic Punch machine. Does anyone have one? We particularly want to know:

How does it compare to the DocuPunch

Does it work well with a variety of stocks?
Heavy stock?
Glossy?
Laminated?
Will it punch clear/plastic covers if they are collated into the books?

Is it difficult to change the dies?

Is it user friendly?

Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I haven't seen an AP2 in person, but I own a DocuPunch. The DocuPunch is an excellent machine that I would recomend to anyone. Eay to use, easy to change dies, easy to set-up, and a great feeder system.
