Navigator 6.0 LPI

Every job that comes out is 150 lpi for my company's offset press, How can i change that because the rip overrides whatever i send through (InDesign,Quark,Illustrator).

Menu -> Navigator -> Page Setup Manager->Name -> Choose name -> Edit ->Separation, Screening & Color - push on the icon -> Style Name ->choose name ->Edit -> Uncheck Override Frequency in job
