    Default Auto Backup Hard Drive

I need to have a PC with Direct Smile backup over night, every night. I am going to install another hard drive to back up to, but don't know what software I need to do the auto backup. This is probably real easy, but I've never done it . . . Thanks!!!

If you have the business version of the operating system you already have what you need.

Robocopy and an external USB hard drive or mapped network drive works well.

There are a number of folder syncing utilities that are available. You could always set up a mirrored RAID on the PC using Windows. One other thought, I think you can schedule backups using Microsofts backup utility. Windows 7 has a backup & restore utility that you can schedule to run once a day to a DVD or a network drive.
