    Default Book Spine Width Calculation Program?

    Anyone using a software program to calculate spine thickness based on page count and paper stocks.

    RRD had an Excel spread sheet they gave us to use back when I was publishing magazines. Worked perfect. If I can find it I'll send it to you.
