I don't know if you received my reply, but you are more than welcome to have your friends cal in and ask for me. I would suggest anyone form your State call into Brad, as you did, but have everyone else call me. Once I have spoken to them, and it is Brad's territory I can turn it over to him immediately. Although I do head up the Sales department, we all work together as a team to ensure you will consistently receive the best service, the best cost structure (price and average 20% reduction in operational expenses), and certainly the most quality sheets available for printers to use (30% more capsules+ better imaging, 25% faster runability= huge time and money savings, and the average 15-30% lower pricing than anyone in the US for our American made paper= huge cash savings).
