Has anyone used Colorpointprint.com? Good, bad or what? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Hi everyone. We had used "ColorPointPrint.com" for a long time and it worked out fine - Quality, Customer service - everything and everyone was great. At some point, I guess, they had become less busy and held jobs a little longer, (before, if we place an order with 2-4 days turnaround, they would knock it out in 2 and lately, in 4) other than that my experience with colorpointprint.com was great. Lately we outsource to 4over because they're in NJ and ground allways come next day to NY. There was no Issues with 4over but out of few conversations with their reps I feel that ColorPointPrint.com is a little bit more personal probably because they're smaller business.

I have used ColorPointPrint.com for several printing jobs. Although their quality is usually good, their stated turnaround times are not at all accurate. Their website states 24-48 hour turnaround, but this has not been my experience at all.

I have even been told jobs are completed and arrived to pick them up, only to find that they still needed to be cut.

I don't have many complaints about quality, but their customer service is certainly lacking, and I find myself looking for alternatives.
