How to evaluate alcohol content in font solution?

We are selling Prisco 3551+2 to eliminate alchool and results are very good. We have all kind of machines working alchool free.
The most difficult machines to go alchol free are the smaller machines (35x50 cm)and the Speedmasters with bombee dampening roller.
