How is your shop's floor plan setup?

I'm moving into a new huge space (for us atleast) and we currently have most of our production area devoted to our large format print division (4x8 sheets) but now we plan to add a small offset press (most likely a DI) and a bunch of finishing equipment in the new space. We have about 10,000 sq ft to work with, but I'd like to plan from the beginning so as we expand everything is in a good place.

What machines fall into what category? Are they setup in such a way that jobs go from place to place systematically?

Any info (or pics) would be apprecaited!
