Anyone using EFI PrinterSite Fulfilment?

Our company is just getting started implementing this module into use with PSI. I was wondering if anyone had any info, tips or tricks to make the process go smooth.

Right now we are having slight problems with it talking to PSI correctly. It won't correctly populate the fields for an order. Its just acting as a very expensive email system since the CSR has to double check orders put through the system.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
