z6100 - heads not aligning

Simple question - my two M-Y printheads are not aligning with each other. I ran multiple printhead alignments, and got no better results. I switched them, and they switched... in other words, the #1 head was out of whack here, I switched them, and then the #2 head was out of whack.

What calibration is there, if any, to align these?

Sounds like a service issue as these machines get older from over use. The heads sit in a holder which tends to wear easily. The part may need replace if calibration is not working.
