Default HP Z6100 "% of actual size" option NOT working

When using a HP Z6100PS with the PS driver, we cannot change the "% of actual size" to scale prints.

You can click on the option and choose a different scale, but when you click OK it reverts back to "Actual size." I have created a preset as well which will hold the setting until returning to the print dialog box, at which point the setting reverts back.

We are using the latest drivers and it's not a permission issue because it happens on the print server logged in as the administrator.

    Thank You

Since it sounds like you are not using a RIP and are using the standard HP driver I think you would have to do your scaling in the design application. Also, the option there and it is not working or is the option not in the print window?

The setting does exist in the driver, but it does not respect your selection.

Creating files at a different scale is an option, but not a logical one. We are working with large sets of architectural drawings which sometimes need to be printed at a specific scale.

    Thank you
